Desmond Kaledzi is a Business Management and Development consultant. He has spent the past seven (7) years working in the public and private sector where he provides advisory services, strategic direction, business innovation and addressing development finance issues.

He has gained experience through his work with institutions such as Ministry of Finance – Ghana specifically with the Financial Sector Division under the Development Finance Unit, Rural and Agricultural Finance Programme (RAFiP) an IFAD funded project, MEL Consulting Limited, Pentax Management Consultancy Services Limited, Devtplan Consults, Boundless Consulting Group Limited and the International Centre for Monitoring and Evaluation (ICED) prior to joining SKAIK Consulting.

Desmond is experienced in budgeting, forecasting, micro finance sector, agriculture sector and producing financial reports as well as reviewing internal company processes to advice on any improvements which could be made.

This has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and valuable experience in Financial Management, Business Development, Research design and Implementation, Strategy and Policy Development, Human Resource Management, Community Engagement, Capacity Building Workshop Trainings, Rural Finance, Agricultural Value Chains Financing, Private Sector Development, Manuals Development, Proposal Writing, Institutional Assessments, Matching Grant Implementation, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Financial Inclusion Strategies.

Over the years, Desmond has consulted for several multinational, international and national organizations and businesses. Desmond’s main passion is to see businesses become profitable, sustainable, offering unparalleled and responsive solutions to the needs of their clients. He believes interventions have to add value to the beneficiary businesses and their clients otherwise there is no need for advisory service.

Desmond is a finance graduate who holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting option) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
