Capacity Building Training on Employee Financial Wellbeing Program (EFWP)
This capacity-building training is to confirm the collaboration between Employee Wellbeing Agency and SKAIK Consulting on the capacity-building initiative titled “Counselling Employees towards Achieving Long Term Economic Stability and Psycho-Social Wellbeing as they work toward their goals.” We know that your business is only as good as its people, and we want you to have the tools necessary to make sure that your employees are engaged, happy, healthy, and productive.
EWA is a knowledge process outsourcing and human empowerment services firm, which is a wholly-Ghanaian owned entity and a certified GIZ-Business Development Unit (BDU)/Procare, South Africa, comprehensive EFWP service provider. Accredited to help bridge the financial knowledge and skills gap, they offer general financial life skills training and a customised total personal financial planning sessions, which is tailored to the needs of the employee. It is collectively designed and seeks to empower employees to make responsible financial decisions by adopting household budgeting, initiating savings plans, managing their debts and creating strategic investments.

The comprehensive EFWP is an initiative which is a complement to emerging occupational health, safety and environmental concerns. It is a participatory-based approach, which is holistic, needs driven and has an in-built monitoring and evaluation mechanism. It revolves around three components, namely Health (Psycho-social counselling/Prevention); Financial Wellness (Financial Education, Counseling and Coaching); Social Protection (Health, Property, Accident and Life Insurance/ Retirement Planning/General Welfare)
