Kickstart is part of the GEN Z NAVIGATOR program and is supported and pioneered by SKAIK CONSULTING, together with other Professionals from diverse industries. We connect with organizations, students, and individuals (graduates) to help participants understand the corporate psychodynamics and expectations at the workplace. There will be a series of activities that will help participants develop a better understanding of their own behaviour in the workplace and how this affects others. Additionally, there will be an exciting opportunity for participants to practice workplace skills such as listening, communicating effectively, and identifying problem situations at the workplace.
The purpose of this program is to nurture excellence in professionalism and human conduct in the workplace. To accomplish this goal, we will be conducting a series of interactive workshops that will help participants develop their soft skills and competencies necessary for business growth and productivity.
