She holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and is well versed in resolving client issues and concerns by providing Human Resource  Consultancy to clients. Her key achievements in the past  years in Human Resource Management in consulting cuts across both private and public sector.
She is enthusiastic about recruitment, training and very passionate about strategic human resource management. Transitioning to consultancy and providing services to SME’s, corporate businesses and institutions, she leverages on technology to provide digital HR services, HR Assessment and Auditing, Recruitment and Training to support various companies ranging from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Education, Hospitality, Real Estate, Technology, NGO’s, just to name a few. With a proven record of accomplishment in developing human resource functions, systems and policies, employee relations and engagement, reward and compensation, team and performance management in both emerging and developing organizations.
