The purpose of the job is to achieve target RPET Waste Collection for the RPET
Factory.

Waste Collection and Sales Assistance Ensure approved tons of rpet waste collection are met on monthly basis.
Oversees and facilitates recycling pickup and drop-off programs, ensuring compliance with government guidelines.
Oversees the coordination of recycling collection schedules to optimize service quality and efficiency; assigns technicians and truck drivers to routes.
Coordinates shipments of recyclable materials to processing companies
Good understanding of the market & the competition.

Partnering with collection agents to meet target

Project Management Collection project planning in line with the business requirement
Ensuring timely completion of the project
Ensuring project completion as per the agreed budget
Ensuring the output from the project is in line with the designed specifications
Cost Control Ensuring transportation expenses are in line with budgets
Initiating measures to control costs
