S. K. Ohene is a chartered accountant by profession and also a certified monitoring and evaluation expert with over 17 years of postgraduate experience. Selorm has working experience with both the public and private sectors providing management consulting services and assurance services. He has also played the role of a business development manager for PwC for over 5 years responsible for growing the business in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone. In this role I was responsible for the identification of new sales leads, pitching and maintaining client relationships with existing customers. It generally involves managing PwC “Business Development Lifecycle”. Selorm is the lead consultant managing our management consulting and business development services at SKAIK LTD. Selorm has worked on various government projects financed by the donor agencies such as the World Bank, FCDO, USAID, UN Agencies, KOIKA, EU among others and has a good understanding of their operations and requirements. He has worked with the private sector especially the financial services sector and SMEs across sectors. He has worked on a number of projects covering project finance and modelling, assurance services, project structuring, financial analysis and investment appraisals, due diligence reviews, organisational review and turn around strategy as well as directing and managing advisory assignments for a wide range of public and private sector clients. Prior to joining SKAIK, Selorm worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Ghana) Limited, Deloitte & Touche Bermuda, where he performed various assignments in the private and public sector.. Selorm has experience managing various HR projects including conducting Rewards Surveys, Job Evaluations, Job & Pay Grading Structure design, Review of Performance Management Systems and the Review of Organisational Structures amongst others.
